Before you start

I'm a total beginner — is that okay?+

Absolutely. Most of my clients start from zero. Every program is scaled to your level, and we build from there at a pace that works for you.

How does online coaching work?+

You get a custom training and nutrition plan in an app, weekly video check-ins, and direct messaging with me whenever you need support.

Do I need a gym membership?+

Not necessarily — I can build a plan around a full gym, a home setup, or minimal equipment. We work with what you have.

What if I can't make a session?+

Just give 24 hours' notice and we'll reschedule, no charge. Life happens — consistency over the long run is what matters.
